Grisini Coffee, St. Moritz

Grisini Coffee. St. Moritz, located within the bustling American Dream complex, can be accessed using the entrance from the interior mall and another directly from the adjacent ski hill. To accommodate guests coming from their activities, the client aimed to create an interior that captures the essence of the ski hill, while providing guests with a cozy and inviting space to enjoy hot beverages and meals during their ski breaks.

To bring this vision to life, we incorporated a key design element from the ski resort into the Grisini Coffee shop. The specialty Protero 6-point “Star” design, inspired by the shape of a snowflake, features a frosty white powder coat finish accented with a sleek black stripe. The snowflake motif seamlessly blends the ski lodge theme into the café.

The subtle, tan tones of the ceiling are complemented by the warmth of wood accents and the cozy glow of fire elements. This combination not only enhances the visual appeal but also envelops guests in a complete winter ski resort experience.
