Maxxit collaborated with Marant Construction and Bayview Interiors, on the Huawei Canada office renovation. The project involved multiple phases, each designed to enhance and optimize the office layout to serve its employees better.

Custom LINE:Form Parititions in wood were created for the collaboration space and café area to optimize space utilization and ensure occupant comfort. To create open, collaborative spaces, the partitions provide visual separation while allowing natural light to illuminate the entire space. Accordingly, although the space is intentionally separated, it remains easily accessible.

On the other side of the Partitions, the café area is the ideal space for employees to take breaks or engage in conversation. This setup ensures that the café is a welcoming and functional space for social interaction.

Also, custom LINE:Form Traditional Baffles in wood adorn the gym facility, integrating beautifully with the lighting. The natural wood finishing of the baffles provides a biophilic touch to the space to enhance the overall wellness of employees.
