Le Westin Tremblant

Designed by Provencher Roy, the restaurant at Le Westin Tremblant embraces local flavors while drawing inspiration from the region’s breathtaking landscapes. With soft green columns, grey porcelain floors, light marbles, copper accents, and dark display cases, this dual palette beckons guests from outside, seamlessly blending modern sophistication with nature-inspired elements.

The restaurant is split across two distinct levels. The bar area on one level is bright and airy, enhanced by Silentia Dimensional Traditional baffles in white, which amplify the natural light pouring in from the large windows and complement the earthy bar backsplash. This setup creates a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for casual gatherings.

In contrast, the dining hall presents a darker, more intimate environment, elevated by custom Silentia baffles in a standard Pepper finish. These baffles seamlessly blend with the green and brown tones, offering a cozy setting ideal for formal dinners. Together, the two levels provide versatile spaces, catering to a variety of clientele and events, balancing open brightness with cozy intimacy.

Furthermore, in exposed-structure spaces without ceilings, acoustic challenges can arise, leading to noise distractions that may impact the dining experience. The Silentia baffles absorb sound from both sides, making them an ideal solution for seating areas with high guest traffic, ensuring patrons enjoy conversations without disruption.
