Tailored to foster a hybrid work culture and meaningful connections, the design preserves the building’s original character with exposed concrete ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and open ceiling areas.

To complement these architectural features, Protero Networks are installed in the reception and common collaboration spaces. The open cell ceiling system, finished in a warm woodgrain, creates visual warmth while unifying the community areas. Vibrant accent furnishings enhance the natural tones, creating a lively yet cohesive aesthetic.

In the breakout area, Silentia Dimensional Traditional felt baffles provide a sophisticated acoustic solution, ensuring occupant comfort in this active space.

For moments of reflection and meditation, the design incorporates Agilis Canopy Partitions. These minimalist canopies, in a neutral finish, blend seamlessly with biophilic design elements, including stylized Canadian trees, plants, and leaf motifs integrated into the branding.
